Dakota has been teaching movement & fitness since 2009. Her resume includes a long list of trainings & certifications; she feels that continuing education for herself plays an extremely important role in providing the strongest program possible for her clients. Safety & healthy movement is paramount in Dakota’s programs. To get the most of your program experience, a strong foundation in proper technique, training habits, and nutritional guidance is paramount.
A 30-minute workout is only 2% of your day.

There are a number of ways to a select a training program that fits best for your schedule & your lifestyle. First, your budget is important. Dakota strives to provide pricing options that are both competitive and also reflect her time & experience (before, during, and after your session).
With your budget in hand, you can find a balance between how often you wish to train with what you feel comfortable investing into it. For persons who do not work out very much on their own, it is suggested that you consider meeting at least 2-3 times a week for optimal results.
The “how” of training will be determined during your initial, FREE, email or Zoom consultation. Your goals, your health history, and other details will be covered during this time. Your first session will involve a physical health assessment to determine your current level of physical wellness as well as provide a baseline for your training journey.
Training location or method is 100% your choice. Dakota is happy to offer in-person training at her fitness center in Cary or at her home gym in Apex. If you wish Dakota to travel to you (at an outdoor location or your home gym), this will limit her availability window based on her current schedule with other clients & group fitness classes… but is a possible option. Virtual training sessions are a great alternative for those who don’t feel comfortable training in-person, work from home, or have a busy schedule that makes traveling a bit more challenging. Be sure to indicate your preferred training location(s) when contacting Dakota to schedule your consultation.

30-Minute Personal Training Sessions
This the industry standard for personal training time lengths. Clients should be warmed up & ready to work prior to the session. A full thirty minutes will be dedicated to your personalized workout.
Payments are taken on a month-to-monty basis and must be paid in full at time of scheduling. Make-up sessions are allowed within the same month if a 24 hour notice is given. Last minute cancelations or no shows for an appointment will be counted as a full session. Please, no refunds, extensions, or exchanges are allowed.

45-Minute Personal Training Sessions
A slightly longer session length may be desired for two reasons:
(1) Client prefers a structured warm-up from Dakota before working out
(2) Client is ready to take their workouts to the next level with a longer workout session. (In this case, clients will need to warm-up on their own before arrival)
Payments are taken on a month-to-month basis and must be paid in full at time of scheduling. Make-up sessions are allowed within the same month if a 24 hour notice is given. 60-Minute Private Pole Dance Lessons
Dakota has been a pole dance fitness instructor since 2009 and is considered one of the original leaders in the industry. She is the Master Trainer for Aradia Fitness USA and develops the curriculum for all Aradia Fitness studio locations.
Training with Dakota one-on-one can be designed to your training goals – whether that is learning pole for the first time, sharpening up on your technique & strength, diving into movement quality, or competition coaching & choreography.
