Beverage Dress Options

When you book a strolling Beverage Dress performer, we will work with you to curate a costume tailored to your event. We have two Beverage Dress style options for you to choose from – Rustic White or Rustic Black-Gold (subject to availability)

Your Beverage Dress Server can great guests, stroll the event footprint, and take photos with your guests. These aluminum Beverage Dresses were hand-welded for supreme durability (= less mess!). The dress is mobile, with six wheels under the base. Each dress can hold over 80 long-stemmed or cone-shaped items. Please plan for a 5-foot diameter space/clear pathway for your Beverage Dress performer in your event footprint.

Need To Know Info

In compliance with state ABC laws, we are unable to supply alcoholic beverages for your event. We can serve any beverage you your venue provides, however we cannot take payments, drink vouchers, or check guest IDs. It is the responsibility of the event host to ensure underage persons are not served alcohol.

Most venues will work with clients regarding use of their stem-ware. Plastic/disposable stem ware can be used with the Beverage Dress and easily found online or at party supply stores. Unless you pay for early arrival, your Beverage Dress Server will not set up disposable glasses for you or be expected to fill/refill the beverages. We recommend dedicating one person at your event to assist the performer as needed. If you would like us to provide an assistant for you, we are happy to make those arrangements.

What We Do

Your Beverage Dress performer can great guests, stroll the event footprint, and pose for photos. Your performer will arrive at least 30-45 prior to the performance start time – they will unload & set-up the apparatus, then go and change into costume. Event hosts should have glasses on-site & ready for the performer. Unless you pay for early arrival, your Beverage Dress Server will not set up disposable glasses for you or be expected to fill/refill the beverages.

We recommend also providing non-alcoholic options such as mocktails, sparkling cider, or water for underage guests or those who do not drink alcohol. The Beverage Dress can also be used to serve desserts or snacks – such as popcorn, cotton candy, and more!
