This policy explains what information Dakota Fox Entertainment collects through dakotafoxentertainment.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to plan entertainment for your event, and we never sell your information.

Information you give us

When you fill out the consultation form on our Contact page, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, event type, date, start time and location, the acts you are interested in, the number of performers and performance length, your event details, and how you prefer to be contacted. If you email, call or text us, we receive the information you choose to share.

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, schedule your consultation and plan your event. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by an email delivery service (Resend) and a copy is saved in our Google Workspace account (Google Forms). These providers process the information on our behalf.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site (for example, which pages are visited and how people arrive). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. It does not give us your name or contact details. You can learn more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above that help us run the website and respond to you, with performers on our team when they need event details to perform at your event, or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as needed to plan your event and keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you by emailing booking@dakotafoxentertainment.com.

Links to other websites

Our site links to other services such as Facebook, Instagram, GigSalad and Google. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Children's privacy

This website is meant for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
